1. Digital delivery only
All products sold on pdflelo.online are digital downloads (PDF files). No physical goods are shipped, and no courier or postal delivery is involved. There are no shipping charges on any order.
2. How you receive your files
After your payment is successful, your download link is delivered automatically to the email address you provide at checkout. Delivery is normally instant and reaches you within 60 seconds of a completed payment.
3. Delivery timeframe
Digital delivery is immediate in almost all cases. During rare technical delays, your download link will reach you within a few hours at most. If you have not received it, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.
4. Access to your purchase
Your purchase comes with lifetime access. You can download your file to your own devices and re-download it whenever needed. If a link expires or stops working, we will resend it to you free of charge.
5. Delivery issues
If you do not receive your file, receive a corrupted or incomplete file, or receive the wrong file, we are here to help. Forward your payment receipt or order details to us and we will resend the correct file promptly.
